CQC support and preparation
Registration, inspection readiness, evidence and interview preparation for providers in England.
Practical Care Consultancy
Right Support provides practical consultancy and management support to adult social care providers, Registered Managers and service leaders. It is a standalone service in its own right, not an add-on to a training booking: mock inspections, service improvement and turnaround, governance, mentoring for Registered Managers and ongoing support packages, delivered remotely or on site.
Where we work
David leads CQC and operational work for providers in England. Ally Drysdale, our Lead Consultant for Scotland, leads specialist Care Inspectorate work for Scottish providers. Both bring senior operational leadership, not just regulatory theory.
What we help with
From a single focused session to a planned programme of support. Scope, price and timescale are agreed in writing before anything starts.

Pricing and scope
Consultancy fees are agreed according to the consultant or combination of consultants required, the scope and complexity of the work, the delivery method and the anticipated timescale. A clear written proposal and agreed price will always be provided before any work begins.
How it starts
01
Where you are in England or Scotland, what the service does, and what you want help with: an inspection coming up, a service that needs turning round, or a manager who would value a mentor.
02
A clear written proposal and an agreed price, shaped around the consultant and the work involved, before anything is booked.
03
Delivered by David or Ally, with specialist mental health and clinical governance input from Nina where it is appropriate, and a clear record of what was done and what comes next.
Straight to the consultant, not a ticket queue.
